-we've always had people who were "a bit weird". If they were lucky they stayed home or got a job that didn't require much. If they not they were institutionalized -diagnosis happens when demands exceed someone's ability to cope. Our society has vastly increased demands over the last decade

Maybe they could embed Claude in a pendulum with cameras and accelerometers, so Claude could detect who they're walking past when they unconsciously tense their hand and report this as objective evidence of that person's guilt.
