What @rideact.bsky.social needs to have: an unwavering focus on the user experience. Bus reliability needs to be evaluated at every single board meeting, not as an abstract once every 6 months. When enough buses are cancelled or delayed, bus transportation becomes the option of last resort.

If I ride @rideact.bsky.social and transfer, I pay $2.75 for those two bus rides. If someone pays with cash, they pay $6. There are plenty of reasons why someone might not have a digital wallet, and by not having transfers as an option _at all_ for cash-paying riders, AC Transit creates inequity.
