Missouri Republicans spent months trying to stop voters from getting to weigh in on ballot measures to block their new gerrymander and restrict the legislature’s ability to interfere with citizen-backed ballot initiatives. They lost in court and have little time to put together actual campaigns.

First up, PA - while Dems made gains in every group, the biggest swings were with AAPI voters, where Gen Z new registrants went from +11D in early 2025 to +40D now, followed by white voters, going from -11D to +13D, 29 and 24 pt swings, respectively.

50,000 South Dakotans have health care coverage because voters expanded Medicaid in 2022. The initiative passed with 56% of the vote. So this year the GOP has put 2 measures on ballot: —one to roll back Medicaid expansion —another to require future initiatives like this get 60 percent.
