Oh look! Another article that targets female sports fans as some kind of crazed animals who only enjoy sports for the “hot” athletes and not because we… enjoy sports. How uncomfortable and awkward for Celebrini also?

this is actually the cruelest time to tell the Carrie story, since already it's absolutely the worst time to be a teenager since teens were working in textile mills so to be a teen now in the cruelty funhouse panopticon and then throw Carrie White into the mix like holy fuck its gonna be darrrrk

That didn't go well at all. Anyway, I've been talked into watching the new CARRIE, and we're about four minutes in and I'm confident I will hate the living shit out of this "adaptation." Let's be fair, give it one episode, I guess we'll find out. It's gonna suck, though.

Don’t waste your time watching “Carrie” on Amazon Prime. They’ve expanded the story arc into 3 seasons and altered the storyline, for the most part it’s lame. Hollywood has no originality. #Carrie #AmazonPrime #thrash

No adaptation of Carrie has ever been "authentic" cause Carrie is NEVER allowed to be fat or even kinda chubby played by very thin girls the original intent of the story isn't gonna be fulfilled because of that

This reminds me of a story I saw someone on twitter complaining about a post where someone suggest Carrie being trans for an adaptation saying "BUT IT WOULDN'T BE AUTHENTIC!!!" And like yeah she's a terf and that sucks or whatever but like girl carrie has never been authentic because she is SKINNY!
