In the last 24 hours, I've gone from deciding to get a 464 to actually owning one, thanks to a coincidental message from someone looking to sell theirs. And curiously, Wild Streets works fine, which suggests the miSTer core isn't 100% accurate yet

After lots of battling with old tape players over the years, I bit the bullet and bought a cheap modern one instead. Wasn't sure how well they work with old computer tapes, but it's two for two so far.

Only took a few photos from my (very) belated birthday trip to the four-floor arcade in Bury as most of the time was spent actually playing the games. Glad I was able to play most of my favourites, but it was a shame that many of the pinball tables had issues and I couldn't play Addams Family.

Going through some Master System games that I've bought recently and getting an extra nostalgia hit looking at some of the included receipts. Although I bought plenty of games from Woolies and Boots, I don't remember my local Rumbelows selling games.
