I will not disclose my vote and not advocating for either but I have a short anecdote. I was in Washington DC in 2005, chatting with the doorman of my hotel. When I mentioned that I was from British Columbia he immediately asked if I had ever seen Ogopogo. He did not ask me about the flag of BC.
