Recently watched through this whole series with friends. Hadn't seen any of them before. Very much all over the place, but I did enjoy them generally. And then the recent newest one was just incredibly good, with lots of lore payoffs and one of the most incredible opening sequences I've ever watched

I'm 5'10"ish and not broad, and it's a tolerable size, but the weight issue is essentially unsolvable, for that same reason. And I'd happily lose 6 inches of height or more.

Your annual reminder that any treats that have black icing are probably using activated charcoal for coloring which neutralizes meds like, say, birth control pills. Ask my cousin. Quint's 6 now. This also applies to antibiotics and head meds. Be careful, please.

I similarly like to imagine all the clicky analog control consoles were essentially a fad of 23rd century industrial design, much like Tom Paris later decides he finds tactile control systems preferable for some things. I think a lot of us can relate to not wanting touch screens for *everything*.

Oh damn, yours has an actual printer? Mine has the filament and the little Cyberbrick kits, but I haven't seen a printer there yet. When I was there last they'd dropped the price on the filament, too. It's damn nice to be able to actually see the color myself before I buy.
