Sword in the Stone, Zelda, and the more distantly inspired Dragon Quest are my favorites. Still need to watch the Green Knight. The only other that comes to mind for me is Berserk which is a deconstruction of Arthurian themes. But it’s dark fantasy and grim as hell. Like Requiem for a Dream grim.
