The whole creative sector was hit when UK abandoned the Single Market. Government appear to be far too stubborn to make the necessary steps to get us back there. It's time politicians dropped their red lines and began positively talking about the success that was our free movement.

Farage is viscerally misogynistic, racist and deeply inadequate. The prominence he’s been given has completely gone to his head. He seems to think no one’s entitled to challenge him. If he was scrutinised properly he’d be a goner.

I do think Robertson blunted his response with an unnecessary sideswipe as "welfare". Money could come from higher taxes. Or cuts elsewhere. And he did the politician's get out of saying "welfare" and not "pensions". Turns an intervention from a defence-focused one to Retired Man Has Opinion.

Finding BBC and #r4today analysis of Trump’s insults of Starmer to be bizarre. Why are we even considering what Trump said? It’s meaningless. Genuinely. Not even Trump knows what he means. The story is - Starmer stood firm and acted in the national interest. Trump threw some toys out of his pram.
