Another thing about fraternities is that the hazing rituals where slightly older young men would physically, mentally emotionally and sometimes even sexually abuse slightly younger young men have always disturbed and upset me greatly. And it’s really telling that I’ve seen men defend those too

i think you should care only a little about bad thoughts. what the model does is produce a categorical distribution over tokens. that is all it does. it is very, very, very, very fancy autocomplete [laudatory], and it cannot reason its way into knowing what its weights are without observation.

Unsurprising and also preferable, imo. She is too young & NY is a much safer bet than national - even with coattails. Bluntly, I also prefer this. I want AOC to get some real foreign policy experience before she runs, and that is still lacking. Whereas she is outstanding on domestic issues.
