EDS doesnt directly cause Fibromyalgia, but it can trigger secondary fibro, or you "simply" have both conditions. As well, while joint laxity can cause degenerative conditions like arthritis, it is as likely you "simply" have both. Same goes for many other known EDS comorbid conditions. 🩵🦓🩵

What tips do you have for coping? Eating out of boredom is dangerous: Generally, we arent very mindful when doing so, end up eating three days' worth of calories, and dont get enough physical activity to burn them off. Then, the next thing you know, you are overweight and/or end up with diabetes.

Theres this quiet performance chronically ill people do where we say "I'm fine" while absolutely not being fine. We shrink the pain, soften the truth, crack a joke so no one feels uncomfortable. It's not denial. It's just easier to carry our symptoms than to carry someone else's awkwardness about them.

Fluoride (additive) is just like any other supplement. "For example, too much vitamin B6 can damage nerves, high doses of omega-3s can trigger irregular heartbeat in some people, excess vitamin A in retinoid form can harm the liver, and excessive vitamin D may increase the risk of fractures."

AI overly affirms users asking for personal advice
Not only are AIs far more agreeable than humans when advising on interpersonal matters, but users also prefer the sycophantic models.

In America, don't "fear monger." >> It'll backfire because the majority of Americans are SO incredibly obtuse and ignorant. Same struggle as what has happened since 2019: Too many Americans still think CoVid is no biggie, masks are stupid, and going to work/school sick is a.o.k. 😒🤪
