I'm in an airport terminal but not an actual one. It's like one of those cheapo sets that sitcoms construct and is the size of a cupboard. I don't know why I'm there but while I'm queuing, a steady line of people I haven't seen since school, exit and stop for a chat.

Absolutely delighted by the way to watch last night's episode this morning after avoiding all spoilers. Goes without saying that it's a much better watch with Acaster's moral dilemma in play rather than knobhead's narcissism.

Lovely afternoon for watching Borussia Dortmund thump Real Madrid 3-0 in the Champions League.
Possibly the Sport Photograph of the Year, as Harrogate Town are captured in scintillating action against Hornchurch in the National League. Assume the Pulitzer's in the post.

Unfair perhaps, but I find it really jarring when footballers appear to have no historical knowledge of the game.

Comedy gold from the reliably idiotic Ferdinand. Every caveat he inserts only highlights the absurdity of this situation and the ridiculousness of his manbaby mate. www.football365.com/news/opinion...

After recent battles with the larger size pizza, I ordered the smaller one and it was just the right amount. Can't be long now before all my meals are mushed up into a paste.

Chelsea were allowed to become a 10 foot tall chicken. This allowed Man City to become 20ft chicken. Newcastle were prevented from becoming a 30ft chicken. Now everybody else has to sell their eggs in case they become massive chickens.

40 years ago, that corner of the bus would have had a small window where you could look down and check the top of the driver's head was okay. (I think the driver also used it as a kind of periscope to check on upstairs) I miss that.
Top deck of a bus, at the front. Windows looking out onto a sunny day, but sadly no little window that looks down onto the driver's place.

Once the PL welcomed Abramovich, the game was (as they say) gone. I genuinely feel for City fans whose love for the club predates the current ownership. Even the exposure of City’s ills has a seedy nature, a computer hacker at its heart. But the whole game’s toxic now and hasn’t suddenly been cured.

We can now look forward to a long appeal process, I know. But we can also say, now, "Manchester City, who were found guilty of 114 charges..." every time we mention the club's name; and I believe we should. No more "allegations". They were found guilty, and that is a fact.

Never noticed Trump's evil hand puppet before. Makes sense.
At first glance, Trump appears to be saluting but in actual fact, his evil, black-gloved hand can quite clearly be seen talking to him. The glove looks happy and if you look even closer, you will see a pair of eyes, revelling in the malevolence it's sharing. Trump looks in pain, maybe the glove also said his hair looks stupid.
