Very foggy around here at the moment. Many drivers seemingly oblivious to the fact that in many cases their car’s automatic day running lights only illuminate the front of their vehicle and don’t illuminate the rear at all. Suggest you double check your own car, it might save you being rear ended!

Things that made huge changes to the patients I saw as an anaesthetist. Seatbelt law 1983 - saw huge change in head injuries leading to organ donation Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccination 1992 changed the annual influx of children with acute epiglottitis needing intubation and ventilation.
