And now it's up to 5,000+ likes. SIGH. That second paragraph is ridiculous. The GPS being unavailable was in a NOTAM which they would have gotten on the ground. They were unable to hold an altitude which has nothing to do with GPS. All pilots must fly & land without GPS. If you can't, do not fly.

Because of my work history I get a ton of job ads for the weird intersection of Security/Safety and aviation and a lot of companies seem to be sprinting to spend money on drones, AI, and security. A lot of jobs training datasets.

The Python Software Foundation got a competitive US research grant, but it came with a condition that they recant and abjure any diversity and inclusion ideas, on penalty of having to repay the money. Obviously this is not desirable or safe, so no grant. Donations would help them not regret this
