Tens of millions of American motorists believe there's nothing wrong with texting at a stoplight. Or driving 73 in a 60mph zone. Or changing lanes without signaling. Or rolling right on red without coming to a full stop.
But somebody has to do something about cyclists who don't follow the rules.
