There's a new tool for #XrayDiffraction studies: BioVault The chamber is compatible with synchrotron beamlines and enables permeabilized muscle samples to be prepared in advance of X-ray sessions, helping labs maximize precious synchrotron time. If you run these experiments, it’s worth a look! 🧪

I really appreciate papers that advance reproducibility. Kudos to Cui et al. 2025 on their optimized protocol for assessing neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) and skeletal muscle function. A great step-by-step framework for evaluating NMJ pathophysiology + creating nerve-stimulating electrodes! 🧪
