6. Assume that the virus *could* evolve to become more transmissible or virulent. If you don't know how that works, ask an evolutionary biologist (not a virologist or infection control doc who isn't versed in more than very basic evolutionary biology or indeed harbours serious misconceptions).

Can of chickpeas + can of tomatoes whizz up in blender. Tip into a frypan with a dash of oil, salt & pepper (+ garlic, optional) & stir till warm. Eat either with bread to dip or with a spoon. Surprisingly tasty and filling as well as cheap and nutritious! (Version of Italian passata di ceci)
