An important corollary to the Surf Dracula tweet that I think should be talked about more, now that we're basically inundated with these types of shows, is that most of them don't get renewed, but even the ones that are don't turn into the weekly adventures of Surf Dracula in the second season.

I have a speech at my old high school over the weekend, and book ended it with these two Batman pages. From no backgrounds or panel borders to panel borders made out of backgrounds!

Bane gets roided up, then Batman picks a fight with him. It’s drawn by a fairly talented 14-year-old.

Batman and Robin swing over a detailed city. There are panels painted ON the buildings like murals! Complicated!
