@mayor.nyc.gov Mayor Mamdani's speech this morning did not make plain that many Black Africans were enslaved at the founding of this country. He mentioned bondage. However, he did not mention which people were brought to the colonies, and later the USA, in bondage. Please correct this. Thanks.
