Curse of private equity. PE has devoured retail, supermarkets, vets, care homes, healthcare. Now it is skateboarding in the US. Staff cuts, up to 90% wage cut, asset stripping, high debt, low investment, price hikes. PE has no long term interest. It devours and is expanding in the UK.

Private Equity Ripped the Heart Out of Skateboarding

Any fool blithely saying they’ve now had a bit of a think about the ECHR and we should leave - is part of why we’re now stuck in the mess of Brexit, being told by the far right to hand our human rights over to them to administer. FFS people. Have you learned nothing from the last decade of failure?

Dumbing down the quality of debate to the level of the fascists only ever helps the fascists. The gullible will vote for the fascist originals while the more rational voters either splinter away to other parties or get turned off politics altogether.

The fact that Reform were trying to run a person who had been dead for six months as their Croydon Mayoral candidate is proof if it were needed that they are not a serious party. It demonstrates abject incompetence and no vetting as well as utter contempt for the electorate.
