Robert John @squirrel33.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Sadly not. Apparently/allegedly, only 25 - 30% of them would vote for him if there were to be a leadership contest. 100
Robert John @squirrel33.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Yes, it's one person, one vote. 405 Labour MPs. Circa 309,000 registered Labour members, allegedly; just under 80,000 Trade Union/Affiliates votes. That's about 389,000 votes if my figures are correct. Advise otherwise if not. So it comes down to 80% of the votes coming from party members. 110
Robert John @squirrel33.bsky.social · 20/06/2026I'm Apolitical, and may well be wrong, but I have a sense that Starmer will be gone by Tuesday evening. The Labour sharks are circling this weekend, hoping to be invited into Burnham's Frenzy. A Frenzy is a group of chaotic, active sharks feeding together on a food source. Seems appropriate! 010
Robert John @squirrel33.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Good afternoon Prem, I hope that you are well, and ready for all the "activity" that will take place in Westminster next week. These people call themselves Venture Capitalists. I prefer Vulture Capitalists, it is far more appropriate. Take great care, and with my warmest good wishes. Robert 030
