i have a sort of complicated relationship with runescape in that it was my first MMO but i also never really liked it and think its continued existence is baffling

Saw Primetime last night. I burst out in laughter when the credits rolled. I still don't know how to feel about it overall but the cinematography and lighting was fantastic. If Robert Pattinson hasn't gotten an oscar yet this could be his year. he was incredibly entertaining

@maro254.bsky.social has spoken at length about the three main psychographics that play Magic: Timmy/Tammy, Johnny/Jenny, and Spike. Now that I'm playing Duel Masters, I'm starting to think that though all three are present in both games, MTG is overall a Johnny game and DM is overall a Timmy game.

This sucks for many reasons. But I think it's worth emphasizing how selfish and duplicitous it is to go work with a public-facing, community-focused media org like MinnMax without disclosing this part of your past to them. (MinnMax confirmed to me they were not told.) Please support them if you can

Sopranos season 3 was overall very good. while I think it was handled with the appropriate gravitas the violence against women ramped up this season and it was not comfortable to watch

If someone is interested in the new Metroid but never played them before, I think they should start with Super Metroid and then play whatever But I also just think that about most video games Like if you wanna play GTA6 but you haven’t played Super Metroid, you should start with Super Metroid

Coyote vs. Acme was a wonderful movie; a worthy spiritual successor to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, an unconditional love letter to the Looney Tunes and classic cartoons in general, and just full of equal amounts of heart and laughs. I highly recommend it and it's bewildering that it was nearly shelved.

My history with Transformers basically started and ended with Transformers Armada, a show where Peter Cullen did not voice Optimus Prime. In a twist of irony however, he did voice the Toonami promo for it. RIP to a legend. His voice was an indelible part of my childhood. youtu.be/ZnZVbiy152A

For the eve of my 30th, here’s the one Duema card I’d add to Magic above all else, replacing “Blocker” with “Defender”, “Light” with “White”, and being able to be cast for free if you took combat damage on your turn. It would probably have to be exiled if cast for free or something.
