An observation, I cant count on being able to take migraine or headache medication every time I have a migraine since you cant take these medications either days in a row or frequently over weeks/months.

Being chronically ill there are things that happen to me daily that a non-chronically ill person would (and should) seek help for. For instance, when I'm upright for too long I start hurting, feeling dizzy, nauseous, sensory sensitivity starts worstening, and trigger a fatigue crash.

Post-crash brain fog is different. Focus is diffuse, I can get some minor things done and no pain to speak of but hard to do much of anything. Oh, yeah, did two things out of the house, thus the predicted crash.

So, not being able to move much past few months has now got my EDS doing some stuff to my knees. Doesnt hurt much, impacts my mobility a bit. Good news is that migraines havent been as bad past couple days. Brain fog is also mild. Sleep is broken tho, oh well.

I think I upset HR by refusing to go on the phone with them, which led them to delaying my ROE and EI application. Insurance also asked them to delay my EI by some weeks. Got my ROE about 5 weeks late after a bunch of dead ends, one of which was being directed to someone on vacation.
