Really hot out. Please help me not rid the heat. This is a genuinely a big worry’. I would not make it between heat sensitivity - at risk of heat stroke among other things. And my health flare up making it even worse. Ty for reading. Anything helps

Been munching on very small portions of Japanese and had a nutritional shake. Will probably have one more before sleeping. It’s bare bones, but still more than yesterday. My guts are still a mess though. And in too much pain to have anything more substantial. Trying to nurse up to more solids

Btw, a lot of the aid came from FB. I can’t regurely raise funds there. I lost a finder because I asked “too much” and “obviously aren’t doing well - homeless” It’s getting dire and I’m having flare ups from the stress of trying to pull through. Even if friend can help again, still not enough alone

Not doing emotionally well tonight… the flare up took a lot out of me. Struggling to just catch up on calories to function. Scared of having to start funding again, and have to start making appointments. But can’t with so much stress on body. It hard to keep going in so much pain

Finally SLOWLY eating small amounts of food. But having to take it easy. First time since I ate solids since Sunday at 2pm. I don’t know if I can get more than a few bites down yet though. This is gonna be a project :/

Goddamit. Crashed way too long after just having a cup of milk. Cheaper Asian places closed and I did not actively raise funds. My sleep is so messed up, especially thanks to the pain keeping me up all night. Having eaten solids in a day and a half now - desperately need to try now.

Still haven’t gotten food yet. Guts decided to make me wait longer. We’re closing in on almost 24 hours of not eating. Not because of low funds, but because my body won’t allow it. So I’m basically waiting out the last of it. “Fasting is good for you” - sure doesn’t feel like it when forced

Slept a little: nightmares of basically being chased in my dreams like a survival horror game by an abuser. Woke up, guts and stomach still angry and painful. Caretaker going to look for pepto. Still can’t eat. Haven’t eaten since early yesterday afternoon - making it rumble while angry too

Has not stopped. Been in straight gut/stomach hell since 11pm. But started on and off, since 7pm. Stress causing flare ups. The stress also through me off of med regimes, and I’m paying for it. I haven’t been able to eat again, which I will also pay for again later too. Exhausting just existing

And… now it’s more gut and stomach issues. Besides the acid reflux. Because why have one painfully, when you can have several? Also non stop sleeping again. Nightmares. Then wake up to a new ailment acting up. But it’s what I get for the sin of just eating pizza, I guess.

My body is still killing me. Woke up to horrible acid reflux + heart burn. Stomach just HURTS. Seriously, let’s finish off goal finally so I can just get a day off? For my body. Soon I’ll have to restart the goal all over again - but hopefully for less I swear can’t do this again next week
