Morning. Warmed up to 56F, sunny & a bit of wind. The trail & sunrise were just beautiful. Run included 3 miles at hmp/3 min jog plus 1 mile at threshold/2 min jog. Felt good. Back lasted until mi 4.5. V is getting some Vit D. Happy Pink Wednesday #runningpunks 🏃‍♀️🌸

Probably my longest run for 4 years as I persuaded a grumbling body to run 22.5k as part of my #londonmarathon2027 training. It was a loop that took in a misty Greenwich Park & Blackheath, then Charlton and Sutcliffe Parks. #alzheimersresearchuk #greenrunners #jogdivision

#5KADay 813+ #running relaxed 13.1k / 84:51 and having to abort all my goals when crossing paths with hubby/🐾 on path. Cross-country training starts tomorrow, I need to get back out there. My knee is being temperamental but I need to crack on. I’ve started a membership at the Barrow Park Leisure Centre so I’m determined to take my strength & conditioning a bit more seriously. Fingers crossed. #Running #RunningPunks
