The problem with the "That's just Trump being Trump" excuse is that Biden was a gaffe machine through his whole political career, but that didn't stop the press from covering them as warning signs of dementia during his presidency.

during the Biden presidency america was trusted (again after 4 yrs trump 1) and respected Biden was certainly NOT demented maybe he sometimes forgot things, words, names but that are normal things, not signs of a disease he travelled to Kyiv without problems never drumpf would go there
