Of course it shouldn't. Same way I shouldn't have asked where the referral for a knee x ray my daughter's consultant said they were adding during a face to face. Her voice ai recording completely didnt add it to the shared notes. I had to chase it and received a written apology from the consultant.

Back in lockdown, I bought myself a broom for my birthday and put it aside until the day mostly as a joke. But when my birthday came (a week or two later) I couldn’t find it. To this day I have no idea what happened. I think about it sometimes just to feel stupid. Who loses a whole broom? Me. I did.

GP phone appointments are a test in anxiety and a drain on time management. Bring back face to face appointments as default and allow it as an option for those with disability issues who really are more likely to attend appointments on the phone or face time. Im fed up and inclined to cancel.
