Inside you there are two wolves. One is active, the other one is on hot standby and becomes active if the first one fails or is taken down for maintenance. Add more wolves as necessary for increased redundancy load balancing. A quorum badger can be added for environments with multiple active wolves.

Losing NOAA would be devastating. Project 2025 authors want to get rid of it because it monitors climate change, and privatize the information it currently provides for free, so you'll have to buy information about the weather and the winds (imperative for mariners).

Among others that won't fit, a huge thing to keep in mind is the NIH and NSF's cease of grant review panels earlier this week. The US's contributions to science have been made possible with federal money. Along with NIH and NSF, EPA, DOE, and NASA are also federal agencies.
