My brother was arrested for felony assault causing injury against his criminal defense attorney in another misdemeanor case. The attorney is a pretty well known attorney in the area I guess. Now we are finding that other lawyers wont take his case which I understand is his fsult but what are our options if he is found too financially stable to get a public one?
