Easy is usually where it sits unless monsters are becoming annoying during a large construction project. Then it goes back on to Calm. One below Easy, at any rate, and nothing bad will spawn, but rather than an inventory available to create everything you've ever dreamed of, you have to explore to find certain minerals and such. 160
