Ein paar Geimpfte sind vermutlich gestorben weil die Impfung eben doch keinen 100%igen Schutz gewährt und sie sich an Ungeimpften infiziert haben, und weil wegen vieler Ungeimpfter das Virus überhaupt erst endemisch war. Impfung ist eben keine Privatsache sondern schützt auch alle anderen.

As mentioned, Trump is in constant violation of the Constitution, Amendment 14, Section 3, as long as he is president. The trouble is, the Constitution doesn't spell out any specific remedy if he just refuses to obey (and everyone plays along).

There's actually the 14th Amendment, section 3, which disallows Trump from being president. The hair-splitting of the SCOTUS "but it doesn't preclude him to run" is bogus. Which would be the very legal reason for the military to remove Trump to remedy this constant violation of the Constitution.
