Irish Rail’s unwillingness to communicate updates by anything other than Twitter means I’ve had to keep the app on my phone for necessity but on the occasions I need to check if my train was cancelled it’s depressing to see how many of my friends are still actively posting on the platform. 🙄

I know for my band we distribute to the social platforms and get paid a very very tiny amount per use from TikTok and Meta. I couldn’t tell you how much but we’ve got to have been used over 200 times so it’s less than .002cent per usage anyway.
