We are a 10/10 team in 2/3 of the pitch but more often than not, a 6/10 team in the last third. Too many good moves, good positions, good turnovers result in nothing at all because the final ball is poor or missing altogether. 62 passes in the final third vs 10 but outshot 4-3

Nothing new but it really stands out how bad Arsenal are in transition. It’s not just a pace thing but a weight of pass, and decision making issue as well. There is rarely any conviction in how we approach transition moments and it’s been an issue for ages now.

FIFA continue to simply decide which players are or aren't actually banned so it fits with how they want the tournament to look. There's essentially no limit to their corruption, they might as well just openly fix games.

A scandalous decision, FIFA placing its thumb on the scales of the tournament without even feeling compelled to offer a fig leaf of justification. Borderline red cards happen all the time and plenty of teams with more at stake than the USMNT have to just deal with it.
