Listening to Lineker say City fans are "ultimately the people that suffer from this" and I completely get what he means - yes, they will suffer, but:
1) For almost 20 years they have only benefitted; everyone else in the game has suffered.
2) Let it be a lesson: PROTEST YOUR CORRUPT OWNERS!
