I always feel bad when I see an obvious tourist get off the bus in my neighborhood. It’s not the worst neighborhood in Newark but it’s not the best. AirBNBs are mostly illegal in Newark & I’m sure AI is doing heavy lifting with the photos of the neighborhood & houses.
