Y'all, I got a diagnostic steroid injection in my left SI joint today and it temporarily released whichever muscle keeps my left leg aggressively contracted around the hip joint. My whole leg rotated out at least 30° and I felt muscles relax to a posture I haven't felt in years, bizarre experience
