News is bringing back memories of working in the hospital (not for) and the pharmacists learning that I could get people free PEP. Basically anyone coming in to the ER after SA that didn’t have insurance was sent to me. Using translate to ad hoc assist with a crisis with no heads up was wild.

As a trans person, those few days right after his death were absolutely terrifying seeing everyone on the right sharpening their knives, blaming it on trans people in particular. While it's good that seems to have fizzled out, I think it's important to understand how bad it was.
