If we don't reverse this before Oct. 22, well, Americans are going to die. They ALREADY can't afford retail meds on the American market, people are going to go without. The deaths may not be immediate, but lack of access is going to kill. This is a crisis.

Those importing through Canadian and other pharmacies have ALREADY fallen through the American lack of healthcare system. This was a last ditch effort for many to still be able to afford necessary to life medications. It's already a done deal. We have to work for a reversal.

Folks, I need you to act. The decision has already been made for U.S. CBP to change the personal importation rules, a right we held for 25 years to be able to ship in medications from other countries for personal use. Oct 22 that right will be stripped. Fight for us. www.personalimportation.org

BREAKING: DOJ announces that it and the Ohio AG’s Office reached a settlement with the Cleveland Clinic relating to the provision of gender-affirming medical care for trans minors. Note: A DOJ press release should be read as their spin and viewed with skepticism.
Cleveland Clinic Foundation follows Texas Children's Hospital in reaching agreement with the Department of Justice to provide detransition care and not perform sex-rejecting procedures on minors
WASHINGTON - Today, the Department of Justice announced another resolution arising from its ongoing national investigation into violations of federal law in connection with sex-rejecting procedures on minors often
euphemistically referred to as "gender-affirming care"). The Cleveland Clinic Foundation ("Cleveland Clinic") has entered into agreements with the Department and the Ohio Attorney General that include
a decades-long
commitment to not perform or offer sex-rejecting procedures-which includes the administration of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones-for minors. Cleveland Clinic has also agreed to pay a monetary penalty and, in a landmark commitment, dedicate additional millions to help provide essential medical care for individuals living with the harmful consequences of such misguided medical interventions performed on them as children and adolescents (i.e., "detransitioners").
