This was totally new to me: At the final exam in May, a student brought in an emotional support animal. Only, that animal was another human Other students noticed this and whistleblew it for us. (Enrollment was 500 students.) Both the 2 people remarked they didn't actually collaborate

The Chief Justice’s words in the dissent seem persuasive. If an environmentalist has standing because of injury from the extinction of a particular animal, then a preservationist has standing because of a building teardown I shudder to think what the 5 in the majority will allow torn down next

US tariffs are taxes on Americans. Not on Canadians, not on Chinese people, not on French people. Taxes on Americans. Specifically, they are taxes on Americans who buy anything containing any component or ingredient from overseas, that is, all US workers and all US firms.
