There are between 400,000 and 500,000 untested rape kits in the US. If you go to the police you will be put on trial. Asked what you were wearing, why you were with him etc Many will dissuade you from pressing charges Some police are rapists themselves “Just go to the police” is not a solution

So, I made my own splint and did my best to let it heal–but I am a busy photographer and need to press that shutter button. It got a lot less rest than it should have. Still a lot of pain. Can only curl it 50% of the way to a fist. Time to get my doc to look at it. Time for x-rays… 2/2

17 days ago, I went OTB early on a gravel ride and bent the index, middle, and ring fingers of my right hand WAY back as I hit the ground. These pics were taken when I got home. Assumed seeing a doc about it would surely result in a splint and orders to not use it for a few weeks. 1/2
