It was only very recently that I was reading an article about Cicero when I learned that US and UK English spell that word differently and I still haven't quite recovered from seeing it with a C rather than a K.

Our babies are 14. Brother and Sister from the same litter. They still act like kittens. I tell them they need to at least look like those 30 year old cats who are just sort of ready to be done because rn they still look like babies. People are shocked to hear how old they are

Succinctly: - LLMs are based on the external nature of how *other people* talk - using an LLM to produce what should come from your own self, intentions, and standpoint can feel like “someone else is talking when I open my mouth” - this mimics depersonalisation/derealisation disorder - is that good?

I think you're forgetting that we all share space with each other. Speed limits, drunk driving laws, supposed safeguards so a chatbot doesn't help you plan a shooting... these things don't just exist to protect people who are incapable of speeding safely while drunk, they protect the rest of us too

I'm astounded (and horrified) that there's just open source "self-driving" module thing you can slap into any car. Also seems just like the suicide stuff with these, is if you ask it to do something and it says no, there's always just a different way to ask to get around those "safeguards"
