Happy Veterans Day! This post is celebrating my mother's service as a WASP--Women Airforce Service Pilot--during WW II, flying P-52s, P-47s, etc. from the factory to bases for subsequent deployment. Flying newly built planes is risky; 38 of the 1074 women died, often due to mechanical failures.

In children 6 months after heart transplant, everolimus with low-dose tacrolimus was as effective as standard therapy in preventing major complications and showed potential benefits for kidney function and reduced CMV infection. ja.ma/4nWa63L
