We just • woke up from a PTSD nightmare • after only 2 hours of sleep • with bad heartburn • a horrible cough • hiccups worsening the cough • our BPD flaring from a fraught interpersonal week • this is our everyday life now • and will continue to be, if we can’t find housing & end up homeless HELP.
