Anthony Fauci made mistakes. But his diary reveals a conscientious public servant trying to save as many lives as he could during the pandemic. His recent summons before a Senate committee was surely intended to humiliate him. It should embarrass America

NEJM editors highlight 3 aspects of recently proposed rule changes as particularly striking: decisions on research funding would be made by political appointees, funding could be cut off midway through a grant period, and foreign interactions would be limited. Learn more: nej.md/43yBIUb
A quote on a blue background from The New England Journal of Medicine reads: "A nonscientific, political process for determining what is scientifically sound has not worked in the past and will not work now... Erratic funding would fundamentally undermine innovation and dramatically impair America's ability to address today’s health challenges." It is attributed to "The Editors." The journal's logo is visible at the bottom.

If property tax bills as based in value, only newly minted ultra rich would be able to live here. All these citizens that had been living here for over 50 years would have to sell and leave to who knows where. And by the way, their eggs nest for retirement completely destroyed.
