As someone who has moved around a lot, you tend to absorb tones and local vocabulary first, and everything else happens slowly after that. But if you go back to your home accent location, it's very quick to revert.

I had hair removal done using the "super hair removal" technique, which is similar to IPL except they have a water-cooled head, which hardly feels like anything (no worse than hot sand on your skin). Not sure if it helps with sunspots though.
