Dreamt that I bit my tongue. When I woke up I had, in fact, bitten my tongue quite badly, so dreams do come true.

Neighbours across the street were having a very loud outdoor party. Lots of literal shrieking and yelling (joyful). And it stopped at the dot of 10pm. I'm kind of impressed.

I have received news of a perfectly named cafe located on the waterfront of Nova Scotia's capital, if you know what I mean
"Broken Man cafe" sign on a big plate glass window, through which one can see cafe tables and chairs and backs of people's heads. In the distance, a sign indicates that this is Pier 22 on the Halifax waterfront

The image is of a four panel comic.
The title is “Cats living together”.
The first panel shows a black cat and orange cat cuddling with their eyes closed. The orange cat says “I love you”. The black cat says “I love you too”.
The second panel zooms in on them.
The third panel shows the orange cat opening its eyes.
The fourth panel shows the orange cat raising its paw to punch the black cat. It says, “Actually you know what”.

Tank O'Toole I suspect the UCP likely have some of their people on the board for this Library because they are definitely doing their best to push AI despite how harmful it is to everyoneMore replies to the post:

Wow. This is so disappointing. I thought a library of all places would know better than to support an AI "artist," considering AI is trained off the stolen artwork of real artists. There is no AI art, there is only AI slop.

Stefan C.R. Smith
This is not it guys.

Very disappointing to see from a library of all institutions

This is embarrassing and deeply disappointing. And honestly, terrifying. Our planet is dying. This isn’t ok.

After 20 years of having the absolute worst rental vacancy rate in Canada, the return of a healthy rental market in Victoria is absolutely blowing peoples' minds right now
A reddit post which reads: I've had some interesting experiences lately - toured a few rentals lately, and have heard a few times: "Make an offer."

I accepted one today - woohoo - and immediately my current landlord called me to decrease the rent by $250 as an offer to stay - this is a major rental company.

If you're in a spot where your lease is up, honestly right now I'd suggest giving your landlords a call. Things are feeling good!
