Not trying to burst any bubbles; but Spotify is over. They are airing ICE recruitment ads, the CEO has been investing in military/AI tech, they barely pay their artists; sometimes a percentage of a cent per stream, they promote “fake/AI artist” playlists, and there’s major concerns about data use.

When Dijital Fix was on Valencia I asked why their high end headphones on display to try on weren't connected to sound. They gave me an iPod to test them all and it turns out this is basically why. There was no perceptible difference between better than ok headphones and the top of the line
