I recommend people read this to get a sense of the president's grave cognitive impairment. Trump is either unwilling or unable (or maybe both) to answer the questions he's actually asked, so he just rants and raves while the interviewers do their best to provide structure to his random brain firings

Yes every woman has been harassed, many assaulted. But every woman has also experienced invisible loss from moments she avoided harassment. She felt a space becoming unsafe, so she left, while men stayed on. And in leaving, she lost: opportunities, experiences, learning, promotions, even simply fun.

WIPWednesday #Quiltsky! Feeling pretty good that I'm caught up on the NMAI blocks. Still need to do the sashing/inner borders, but I'm confident I can easily do that. Can't wait for tomorrow to see the outer border design!
The 4th block in the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian quilt along for America's 250th. Ellam Yua by Nikki Corbett. The quilt block has an off-white tonal background with watery blue fabric in the shape of a wave at the bottom. Above the wave is a circle within a circle design, beginning with a small red circle, with a blue ring around it and a black outer ring with 4 short lines radiating outwards from it. The background is visible between the rings. All pieces are machine appliqued.
From the designer: "To me, Ellam Yua represents everything in our world—our past, present, and future. It reminds
us that we are all connected to the land, sky, water, and to one another."
