John Mills, contributor to A Century in Captivity: The Life and Trials of Prince Mortimer, an Enslaved Connecticut Man, wrote, directed, and produced Reverence: Reclaiming the Forgotten, which includes the story of Prince Mortimer. It will be screening at the Mystic Film Festival on October 3rd.
A grainy background of purples, browns, and beiges. The cover of "A Century in Captivity: The Life and Trials of Prince Mortimer, an Enslaved Connecticut Man." The cover is cut horizontally by a stark image of a rope—the background is an off-white color with translucent map lines above it. The contributer section reads "Denis R. Caron; foreword by John Mills; introduction by Jesse Nasta." The bottom reads "Revised Edition." Beside it is the logo for the Mystic Film Festival, written in a serif font, and a small, simple image of a whale tail above it. Directly below is the poster for Mills' new film, "Reverence: Reclaiming the Forgotten." It pictures a man standing away from the camera, looking down at the graveyard before him. It is a snowy scene, and the sun is setting from a light blue to a yellow. There is a large tree in the foreground.

The opportunity to love a dog and to treat it with kindness is an opportunity for a lost and selfish heart to be redeemed. They are powerless and innocent, and it is how we treat the humblest among us that surely determines the fate of our souls Dean Koontz

Trump’s weakness after his defeat in the Iran War is evident in how the Iranians feel comfortable ramping up their demands. Today an IRGC spokesperson said the US “must admit defeat” and withdraw from the region.
