Making muffins for dozens of people for a event is so much damn work, especially when one rack can't fit two pans & the other rack is too close to the coil 😮💨 reduced how much I could make so far. I may be able to use a induskircjen tomorrow tho! So packing up 1/2 that dry & the wet batch for later.
